Mountain Timber Frame Home - A Woodhouse Custom Creation

This mountain home was built in Vermont, near one of the highest peaks in the state. The post and beam home was built with that in mind, and provides excellent views of the nearby mountain. Although this was a custom design, it is reminiscent of our Mountain Homes series, but also has an Adirondack feel with hints of a craftsman influence.

"In a time when energy efficiency is more than a luxury, it is a necessity, sister company to Woodhouse®, Murus, provides the very best in structural insulated panels (SIPs). The Loewen windows are among the very best made and the time-honored method of timber frame construction completes the fine structure. With an architect on staff at Woodhouse®, the company is a full service company." - Bob & Wendy Parrish, Woodhouse Home Owners
